    The cooled dry air enters through the louvers on each sides of the tower in the bottom, and drawn upwards and over the coils by the force from the axial fan which installed on the top, agitating the falling water (came from the water distribution system) and increasing the transfer efficiency of heat in a state of hot wet air discharged out of the tower into the atmosphere. During this working process, a small amount of the re-circulating water evaporates due to latent heat transfer through the tube and walls of the coils, removing heat from the system. In this mode of operation, due to the evaporative performance lower the leaving water temperatures and the fan energy been saved.

    Principle of operation 
    As induced draft cross flow evaporative cooling tower ,The tower fluld (water ,oil, propylene glycol )is used to provide cooling which is enclosed in a coil ansd is not exposed directly to the air .The coil serves to islolate the process fluld from the outside air ,keeping it clean and contaminate free in a closed loop .Outside of the coil ,there is water spraying over the coil and mixes with the outsode air to discharge warm air from the cooling towr to the atmosphere as a portion of the water evaporates .Cold water outside of the coil is re-circulated and reused :the cool water loops back to the beginning of the process to absorb more heat during evaporating .It helps maintain a clean process fluid which will reduce the maintenance and operation costs .

    Product Description

    The cross flow mode of closed cooling tower is also called closed cross flow cooling tower. The closed cross flow cooling tower is composed of exhaust system, spray system, filler precooling system, coil heat exchanger and unit shell. The external air enters the unit from the side of the cooling tower, flows through the filler and cooler horizontally, and then discharges the unit upward. It intersects with the spray water vertically to cool the fluid medium of the coil.

    Product Design

    The closed cross flow cooling tower is also of square design, and the shell material is metal stainless steel plate or aluminum zinc plate. The air inlet mode is unilateral air inlet, and the air inlet direction is also transverse air inlet. The cooling and heat dissipation materials of the tuyere design are condenser and filler. The upper layer is designed with condenser and the lower layer is designed with filler. On the other side of the top design of a number of small fans, and more than a layer of water collector, three sides for the solid metal plate.
