Counter-flow Closed Circuit Cooling Towers / Evaporative Closed-circuit Coolers
Comparing to the open-system cooling towers, easier to maintain is a distinct feature of ICE’s evaporative closed circuit coolers which are an excellent option for any cooling system with other benefits following:
► Reduce water consumption, save energy and equipment maintenance.
► Avoid the significant risk of fouling factors in heat exchangers or similar facilities.
► Significant installation and operational costs savings (no need of pump, valves, additional pipe works and etc.)
► Wider application environment – closed-loop equipment is available to operate in sub-freezing outdoor temperatures. It is highly versatile from cooling industrial process equipment to maintaining temperatures in data centers and computer rooms to chemical manufacturing.

Ventilation System (Fan)
Outdoor axial fan with good performance of three-protection design, equipped with aluminum blade and IP56, F class driven motor with induced ventilator which will block the air and reduce the leakage.
Advanced Water Distribution System
ICE evaporative closed loop cooling towers installed basket type spray nozzles remains clog free while providing even and constant water distribution to maximize the heat transfer between air, water and the process fluid to increase the heat rejection efficiency.
The spray nozzles mounted in corrosion-free water distribution pipes for an easy disassembly.
Red Copper Tube
The key component tub is applying with high quality T2 type red copper which purchased from famous brand manufacturer to ensure a reliable and stable performance of our equipments.
Drift Eliminator
Constructed and made of PVC to reduce water loss during wet operation and limits the drift rate to lower water consumption and avoid scale.
Louver with Damper
There is a damper serves to control the air flow during the operation of cooling towers been applied in certain water, air heat pump system or similar cooling process to avoid the heat loss during the downtime of equipment especially in cold weather.
Electric Heater
When the atmosphere temperature is above 0℉(-18℃), with the electric heater the basin water temperature will not lower than 40℉(4.4℃). There is a low water protection set in the heater to ensure it will only work when it was immersed in water. All the elements regarding electric heater been installed inside the case and adapt for the outdoor operation.
Slope-design Water Basin
The slope design (tilt towards pollutant discharge exit) to avoid water stagnation and the stainless steel strainer will improve the overflow and pollution discharge simultaneously clears the pollutants and impurities in the basin.
Casing Material
ICE standard cooling towers use the latest highly corrosion-resistant coated steel sheet which consist zinc as the main substrate, in combination with Al, Mg and a trace amount of silicon. The service life is 3~6 times longer comparing with normal aluminized zinc steel sheet and the heat-resisting and thermal resistance feature is also excellent.
